Be sure to register for the Tamanend Sprints by the End of Day Thursday!
The park features a dense trail network that allows for sprints with a lot of interesting route choice without having to fight through thick summer vegetation. Expect fun and fast courses.
Lena has also added a free extra "short" course with a suprise wrinkle.
She designed the white course with kids in mind, featuring lots of controls and simplified map to help them focus on early navigation skills.
