Don't forget to register by tonight if you plan to come to Merli-Sarnoski on Sunday. I was out hanging controls earlier today and the woods are fantastic right now; the trees have barely begun to leaf out and the tall grass and ferns haven't started to grow. Visibility is excellent. Although the weather for the beginner program on Saturday looks bleak, and I can't promise any sunshine, it does look like no rain and decent temps for Sunday.

Thanks so much to Sandy and everyone involved in putting on that event yesterday. That terrain is amazing this time of year. It's really incredible--and well worth a drive. Such a beautiful day.
