Saturday afternoon 3/3:30 location TBD: unwind, stretch - and I will also share my favorite breathing exercise for focus you can use before races! Beginners welcome. I will have a few extra mats, but if you have one, feel free to bring your own. And if you have any areas you need help with, let me know and we can tailor this short (40 min) session to whoever shows up! Kids welcome too.
