Delaware Valley Orienteering Association

Thank you first to everyone who said "The heck with the weather forecast, I'm going orienteering!".  We were  rewarded with a rain that held off til late in the day.  The orienteers made the preparations worthwhile.

Thank you to Bob Burg, the course setter, who spent many hours at Core Creek.

Thanks also to Dave Morgan, who is a great help, not only at this event, but is a steady presence at so many events.  

Thanks also to Mary Frank who rescued me as I was about to panic at the computer.  Mary, you saved my sanity (such as it is).  

Sam and Lena helped me with my many questions during the event setup and were there to help and encourage me when I was flipping out.

The Zimmers went out in the rain to pick up controls.  

Last but not least, my husband Dave Urban did as much work as me and was really co-event director.  At this moment Dave is hanging wet controls in the basement.
