Thank you to Dave  Morgan of DVOA and David Smith of EMPO who both abandoned their runs at Fair Hill on Sunday to assist an injured runner.  Also thanks to Kyle Sullivan, Derek Vill, Bob Agosta and Ralph Tolbert who helped get him safely out of the woods.

And thanks to Mary Frank for the first aid for my bloody head wound.  I ended up getting 6 staples on the way home, thanks to an altercation with a tree.  The good news - I still finished my course, and the blood stains came out of my new DVOA shirt.
