I need some help to run the event at Antietam. The morning is covered, I’m looking for volunteers for the afternoon shifts, control pickup and someone to give instruction to two groups coming late morning.
I have posted the event on my hiking Meetup group and at this time have 5 people signed up. The Berks County Parks Department has 6 people signed up. The Meetup group is arriving around 10:45 and the Parks Department group at 11am. I’d like these potential new club members to have a good first impression. I’d like to have the first group at start around 11am and the second at 11:15. At start, I’d like someone to spend about 15 minutes giving some basic instruction with each group.
Erik has put a lot of time and thought into the courses. It looks like we will have nice weather…. See you on Sunday!
