DVOA directors meeting

Topic created by Nancy on Thu Oct 23, 2014 at 10:05 pmWe have tentatively set a meeting of the executive committee, directors and mapping committee for Sunday, Nov. 2, at 3 p.m., place TBD.This is one of our periodic meetings to discuss our club's ongoing operations as well as future direction.Topics to include (but are not limited to):- 2015 A event update- codifying policy on dogs in attendance at A events- nominees for new director to be elected at January 2015 membership meeting- proposed purchases- mapping plans for 2015 and beyond- safety protocol for local eventsIf anyone beyond those serving in the roles listed above is interested in attending, please let me know ASAP so that we can arrange for a room large enough to hold us. We're still figuring out where the meeting will take place; suggestions have been made to hold the meeting at a public dining establishment somewhere in the vicinity of Fair Hill.
