Topic created by Orienteer7 on Thu Oct 23, 2014 at 2:06 pmSo far I have one additional person to help at the upcoming event. I could use one or two more to help with picking up controls around 3pm. Controls are just around the lake in the non-hunting area.In addition VFMC has expressed some interest in possibly forming a club which would then attend DVOA events.Having attended the event at Washington's Crossing we have the opportunity to tie ourselves in with at least 4-5 local Navy JRROTC programs and we have given information to the Chambersburg JRROTC team about connecting with SVO. I had the chance to discuss with their leader the opportunity next spring to attend the U.S. Interscholastics. There is currently alot of enthusiam and interest by the cadre leadership at these schools .... so it is important we support these individuals and groups.Mark FrankDVOA-ES
