On behalf of Kristen McDowell, EMS Exton:

"I have had a few customers interested in orienteering clinics and wondering if we can offer that during the weekend, especially Saturday.

Is there any way we can invite you out to do such a clinic at any time on Saturday October 2nd? I would hate to turn our curious customers away. We can feed you and give you discounts! :)

    Please let me know. 610-363-7881.

    Thanks,
      Kristen McDowell
      EMS Exton"

Anyone wants to give it try? It's a greate opportunity for us to introduce wider range of people to orienteering. If you think you can do it, please contact Kristen.

    Vadim and everyone-

I have spoken to Kristen McDowell.  I can put on a short clinic tomorrow at EMS Exton.  I will bring a bunch of maps with courses ranging from White to Green, an e-punch, and a compass.  I would like to bring a control, but I do not happen to have one.  Does anyone know how I can acquire a control by, say, noon tomorrow?  I can pick it up if the travel involved is not too far.  In a worst case scenario I can just describe a control, but it would be nice to have one (and a pin punch if possible).  Fortunately, I am probably better at describing how to find controls, than actually doing it.  Now, if I can just find Exton ....   Thank you.

Steve, Fred Kruesi lives in Exton and he has controls, not sure about punches.  He lives a few miles off of Rt.100 at Shipley Rd.  you should be able to contact him through this site.
