Mt Penn Course setter / event director

Reply by Len on Mon May 14, 2012 at 6:42 pmBeing new to this sport we are just getting our bearing on how things work and we are having fun. We appreciate all the work that eveyone does to make each event successful. We would be open to being the event director if we had a bunch of help and guidance but we dont feel we have enough expierence to plan any courses. Or if someone else volunteers for event director we would be willing to help them.

Reply by edscott on Tue May 15, 2012 at 9:09 pmOK that's a good start.. Event directors need to arrange to have people that can do epunch and registration and be sure the course setter takes care of the course setting and gets master maps to one of our club printers. Still need a course setter.
