A clue holder, velcro fasteners. Please identify, I'll be at the next DVOA event and can return it there.

Is it one that goes around the wrist and had a red course in it, lost on the way to the last control down by the creek?

That's funny Steve, I am starting to think that way.

Last time I left it lay on the table, this time it was some magical creature in the woods that somehow removed it while I was creatively dodging all the deadfalls...

I found it between controls. Looks like a Velcro strap is missing. It was in the middle of my brown course between controls. Amazing that I spotted it, the red must have caught my eye.

I won't be at Elk Neck but will be at Crows Nest.
