Looks like were in for some winter weather... finally.

If someone could be so kind as to post here the local road conditions for the winter meeting area around 1pm that would be great.

    Thanks, Mike

Most likely it'll be all fine by afternoon.

Vadim, it might be ok down near Philly but northern Montgomery and Buck Counties are not getting above freezing and we are not suppose to get any rain, only snow and sleet.  Of course we need to wait and see but it isn't looking very good. It figures all of the nice weekends we have had that this weekend has to be back to winter for 2 days and then 60's and thunderstorms for Monday.  Crazy weather.

Even if the snow stops by afternoon, that does not mean the roads will be suitable for anything but essential travel.

Local forcast is a total of 1-3 inches.  Shouldn't be a problem.

Pine Grove - 7am = 5" on the ground, still snowing heavy.

    Keep us updated. Thanks.

1:00 PM   Our Road... near French Creek.. is plowed and traffic is moving without any problem.  That usually means all the major roads are fine.

    Thanks Ed.

Our road still has not been plowed but I would think the major roads would be mostly clear since it's been a few hours since it stopped snowing. We ended up with about 6".

We should be on our way around 2pm.

    See ya.
