Thank u for a wonderful day. It was great to see everyone and the HILL was not as bad as I had  expected,  but finding #7 and 8 on the orange course after the hill was, well lets say it took me down and stole my hat right out off my jacket pocket. Loved the THORNS!   lol.  BUT I finished with time to spare!   Yea.  !   Thanks to everyone who made the event possible.   pat burton

T"was a great day to start off the 2021 season.  Many thanks to all that made this possible and especially to Lena for an outstanding performance in course setting and "control" management.  The future of our club is in good hands.  This will be a great year for DVOA.

It was really marvelous seeing so many people turn out!  Everytime I ran into someone in the woods/on the paths they were having a blast.   The course was a lot of fun, with quite a variety of terrain. Kudos to all the event organizers/course planners; it was very well done.

Thank you, everyone! It was an awesome day indeed, and it was really great to see everyone!

And Patrick -- no badge or medal, but the Hill of Doom was hands down the most important race of the day.

Pat -- so did you end up losing your hat? I sent you an email, but not sure if it reached you. Someone turned in a hat that looked like your hat with cool earflaps. If it's yours, Mary is keeping it safe for you.
