Green, Red, Blue and Pink will venture in the disc golf area. Two notes there:
- the "man-made object" circles in the disc golf area are used to mark locations of golf baskets. Each disc golf hole at Tyler has 2 or 3 locations that the basket rotates between. So each basket may mot be may not be mapped correctly at any point in time.
- Thin dark-green lines are used to mark the locations of log walls that are constructed to give more structure to the golf course.
Green, Red and Blue will run near a swampy area southeast of the start. The swamp mapping has been updated this spring to reflect the current wet and swampy conditions.
Pink and Blue will have route choices going through cultivated land. There are no active plantings happening right now, and all cultivated land is ok to run through.
Other courses will have a cornfield (mapped as cultivated land) on the edge of their courses. I don’t think any good route choices go through it, but you can go through it if you like. It will likely be very muddy.
Rootstocks have not been remapped in the recent year, and a lot of trees fell during last year’s storms. So there will be unmapped rootstocks in the woods, some quite large, and possibly near mapped ones.
