    Thanks to all for an interesting yellow course.  Also do a tick check.  I thought it was late in the season for these guys, but no, I found one about to settle in for the season.

    Despite turning into a rather wet day, I really enjoyed the brown course and it certainly got more technical as it progressed which was good being able to shake off the lack of orienteering cobwebs early on and my navigational skills improved as the course progressed as well which worked well. It was good to be out in the woods.
    A big thanks John Gilette and your team and to AJ Riley and Bridget Hall for the course setting.

    Wow. what a fun day!  Started out good on an orange course  until the rain started, then it was all down hill for me.  Lost my hat,  got lost,  could not see out of my wet glasses. etc.   Had full rain gear on so at least I was dry.  Thanks to everyone who made the event possible.  Pat and Bob
