MASOC31 5/4/19 and POC2 5/18/19 - HELP!

Topic created by Orienteer7 on Tue Apr 2, 2019 at 8:40 pmok its time to begin the serious recruiting job.....I need help with control hanging on the Friday before each event. I need a start director and large crew for both events. I need registration support at both events. I need someone to help with setup early morning at each event. Finish person or persons to collect epunches at the end of the chute. Someone to setup up the relay area for POC ...and the list goes on. I could also really use some help transporting some equipment to the event and back to our home after the event.I will be publishing a list of the support group for both events so you will be able to see who has volunteered and what jobs remain to be filled. If you want to volunteer for any specific please contact me at orienteer7 at aol dot com. If you are new and have never voulnteered to help but would like to ...just send me a note and I will link you up with an experinced orienteer.Both of these days will be recognized as part of the World Orienteering Day events list. Reply by BRycharski on Sun Apr 14, 2019 at 4:06 pmas I hosted the Scout o (private O trainin at allendale, NJ new (map by paul bennett) preimered march 30th), and there is No NJ events after Basto till much later in dvoa scheds, I do plan to be at the 5/4 masoc (will call for tyler) a a scout trainer and possible help elsewhere. SYITwoods ... plan to come early + help with sign in tarp + flagging finish area run in... whatever is needed bob R
