Even with the mist, fog ,drizzle and mud approx 175 people braved the conditions and they all did a really good job ! High spirits fun and lots of smiles from 1st timers completing beginner courses. No wind made registration bearable. Fun day. Thanks to everyone

"Hey, Mom!  Can we go out and play in the mud????"  And 175 Mom's said "Yes!"

Once out on a course you just gave in to running in squishy shoes and mud-splattered clothes and didn't care any more.  Lots of wrinkled toes and big smiles."

Thanks to everyone who attended and all our stalwart volunteers:
Mary and Mark went above and beyond hosting this event (thank you so much), Pat and Bob greeting everyone at Registration with big smiles, Bob R instructing all the scouts and cadets who showed up, Robert and Chris wearing a variety of hats, and especially our pick-up crew (Sam and Lena and Petr and Patrick) who said, "Hell yes, I'll go back out in the slop!"  Thank you all so much.

The event should be up on Route Gadget fairly soon....right, Hugh. Cool
