Green Lane on Sunday September 30 -- it looks like we will have lots of orienteers in the woods.  Colts Neck will be there, and some scouts have indicated they will be coming too.  All indications on facebook point to lots of people coming.  I paid $35 to "push" our ad.  Let's see if it was well spent!
Notice:  if you are coming with a group, send me an email so we can be sure to have plenty of maps.  k_m_urban@comcast.net.
Further notice:  we have some of our best club members helping out, but if you show up at registration or the start and they are swamped, please pitch in!  Even 15 minutes of your time can make someone's first orienteering experience more fun.

Hi Bob burton and Kathy Urban.  I can help at early shift registration at green lane this Weekend.  I just ask that any dvoa member named Bob or Roberta (or any one with A Bob Nametag) step to the front of any early lines, for expedited O registration paperwork  :-)  I make a Volunteer funny joke . . . .

A very nice day in the woods!  Challenging, but in Green Lane I do expect to encounter streams in the paths, hills, and lots and lots of rocks.  It certainly lived up to expectations.  Thanks for a great day!
