Wow,   thanks for a great  day of orienteering .   Not only was it a beautiful Spring day.  but the last leg thru the bolders were really fun !  It was also nice to see so many families out.   Thanks again. Pat and Bob

Outstanding Governor Dick map/Green course, very challenging, woods mostly open running with occassional slow run advoidance on the map (one had to be careful from which direction to approach the flag location).  I also swore I saw 1 or 2 unmapped boulders, ( I expect the chipmunks are responsible for moving them to confuse us DVOA tyypes.) Registation at the Nature center porch was nice and the ranger/manager was very knowledgible when she told me the previous owner of the land liked "watch towers", and one of the 4 3 story towers is still there for the public to enjoy (the view)!  Kudos to Sam (CS)

Thank you to everybody who came out on Saturday to run the courses, and especially to all those who helped make this event possible.  I almost certainly missed some people, but thank yous to:

Mary F - event director and beginner's program (we had 24 people for the beginner's program this year)
    Fred K - map printing
    Petr H, Lena K, Mitch Z, Donna Z, Robert F - control pickup
    Robert F and Rob W - starts
    Julie K, Kathy U - e-punch computer

    and

Hugh M - routegadget - so please post your courses.

And also thank you for the weather - 58 and and sunny certainly beats the 3 inches of wet slushy snow on the ground out there this morning!

I saw lots of folks at the epunch computer but I wasn't one of them. Perhaps Kathy M?  Despite a knee blowout, I  had a great time among the boulders,  so thank you all.
