I see 3 upcoming July or early August DVOA events (Green lane I would really like to O attend...) with no POC ED/CS names listed.  Will these be real events and be held or are they going to be dropped shortly nfrom the schedule.  I ask as I need to make plans an excuses o my Part time weekend job manager...  thanks

There are no events listed in the schedule anymore until the HR training weekend.

Sorry - these were just suggested venues.  So no events in August scheduled, enjoy the break.

Is there anything going on in August? Anyone going to The Canadian meets? I know some folks are going to the CNYO rogaine for some Finger Lakes fun and wine. If anyone hasn't run the sprint series, you should make a point of going to the last one at French Creek on Wednesday.

Going to just the Canadian Champs part of O-Fest 150. A few of us will be there. There's still time to register until Thursday!

We introduce a suggested schedule at the winter meeting that attempts to cover the diverse geographical and technical ranges of our map library.  There have always been some changes along the way but the last couple years getting volunteers willing to take responsibility for events has become more difficult. This also complicates the permission process since getting permission for an event that may never happen is not practical for a number of reasons.
