Scheduling Meeting for 2017??

It is time to start building out the Spring Schedule. I thought it might be a good idea to get everyone in a room and hash out a schedule and pair up event directors with course setters to be finalized by the Winter Meeting. Plus it's a good way to celebrate a fantastic 2016. Victory Brewing company in Downingtown is a somewhat central location and a favorite of the DVOA execs. We are thinking we can set aside some tables for drinks and food. If you cannot attend we can record your proposals for possible events.
1st choice: Friday, December 16th starting around 6?
2nd choice: Saturday, December 10th starting around 6?

I could make either evening, but the 16th is my first choice as well.Besides the beer (the primary objective), maybe we could get a good jump start on the Spring schedule, not to mention having a good relaxed time connecting with O-friends, something I've been missing recently way too often. (It could also double as a great informal Christmas party, eh?)Let me encourage anyone who is interested in nurturing our DVOA family, whether you're a current ED/CS or not, come share your voice, or at least your ears (and smile).
