Are the HVO hosted Lewis Morris Dual Event and the recent SVO Rocky Ridge event DVOA ranking events?

Not an official response, but I'd say HVO yes, SVO no.. the HVO Dual event is a part of our yearly schedule but the SVO event was added to the schedule at the last minute because we didn't get permission for the Batsto event.  The SVO Hammond Rock event last month was the 2010 Mid Atlantics so that one is included.

I figured as much but thought I would ask.   I think I can remeember a similar discussion last year about a another SVO event.
