    Course Length Climb Controls

    WHITE  2.0km 45m 9

    YELLOW 3.5km 80m 10

    ORANGE 3.9km 110m 13

    BROWN 4.1km 85m 14

    GREEN 5.1km 140m 14

    RED 7.1km 200m 16


    Registration/Start and Finish all within 30 seconds walking of each other/.
    Bathrooms within 300m of registration/start/finish
    Plenty of parking.

    Bring a lunch as there are many picnic tables very near finish so after you have completed your course you can watch other participants finish their courses and enjoy the outdoors.

    Michelle and I will not be at the actual event because of a sports scheduling conflict.
    Mary can use help so please contact her and volunteer in any capactiy you can.

    Special Note for FCN 11/13/16:  Due to the time change controls will begin to be removed around 2:15pm instead of the normal season 3pm.
