Topic created by camperpat on Sun Oct 23, 2016 at 1:32 pmThanks for a great day at Tyler St Park. The early am had rain but 11 am and after was a beautiful Fall Day! Lots of help with registration, E-Punch, etc. The courses were fun, the park was beautiful. And the kids all had a fun day. Thanks to Bob Burg and Mary Frank and everyone else that came out to make it a great day. Too many people and names for me to remember, but there were lots of people who gave their time to make this happen.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try to list all of you, but a profound thank you to all who showed up and helped us deliver this event in a new venue on 4-days notice.The day was purely delightful. Even the morning rain led to us having our staging area work out beautifully. The scouts and cadets had a great day, all the DVOA members had a great day, we got nothing but kudos for how the day went.And a special thank you to Mary, who when our access to WashCrsg was denied on a technicality, kept suggesting that we could pull it off and then arranged the persmissions from Tyler and Bucks County CC to make it happen without following all the permission protocols.This event was such a success after looking so gloomy only days ago. Thank you all.
