Mid-Atlantic Champs
-
Topic created by Sandy on Mon Oct 10, 2016 at 11:42 amThe Mid-Atlantic Champs are at Rocky Ridge out near Lancaster on Sunday the 16th. We need as many DVOA members as possible to make the trek, as sheer numbers makes a difference in the scoring.
The relay is a lot of fun and enthusiastic cheering is just as crucial as participation in a relay team. The relay starts at around 2:30 so, if you can, make plans to stay after running a regular course.

Reply by rgbortz on Tue Oct 11, 2016 at 9:41 pmIn addition to hoping for a full contingent of DVOA representatives to make a run at winning the Mid-Atlantic Club championship I am putting out a request for anyone expecting to stay to help with control pickup to bring the e-punch kit back to the Reading area. I maybe, might, possibly stay myself, but not absolutely sure. This kit will be going to Bob Gross for Nolde. Anyone who might be able to help with this transfer contact me here or on my email. Thanks -Ron B

Reply by kathyu on Wed Oct 12, 2016 at 6:34 pmDon't forget John Gillette (or me if he can't be there) will be taking the sticks from the kit to Washington Crossing. If I take them, they will be delivered to Hesketh or the Burtons for Washington Crossing. All the DVOA tee shirts will go to the Mid-Atlantic Champs. If you need shirts delivered to Washington Crossing, let me know before Rocky Ridge so I can send them along for you.If you wanna play like a team, you gotta dress like a team!KathyU

Reply by ErikEddy on Thu Oct 13, 2016 at 2:28 pmCourse notes say relay starts at 2PM, and must sign up by 1PM! I am worth 0, but would be interested in running on a 4-6 point team, unless there is need to run on a 0-3 point team.

I'm working to optimize course assignments & relay teams to maximize our score :) (Let me know if you have certain preferences - e.g. course, and/or can't-stay-for-relay...)https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1v28HOVDAWdfs6MD9MqLo7aTLqnADjiGtjTIXuOhjvfo/edit#gid=0 -
