Below is a list (probably not complete) of those that contributed to the success of last weekend's event at French Creek North and why it makes it easy to sign to do more events in the future.

Thank you:

French Creek State Park for their support and allowing us to move the venue to the campground area from Scott's Run. Could not imagine what parking would have been like at the lake.

Map printing and coordination - Fred Kruesi (always behind the scenes but always there with significant support!)

Web support:  Bob Gross - great Turkey link ....sad to see the image after the event.  We did warn that if your a turkey you should keep your head low for a few weeks! 

Support in Control and water placement:  Rob Frank

Registration/Epunch: Dave Morgan, Bob Agosta, Roger Hartley, Ron Barron, Diane Reider, Dory Peterson, Vadim Masalkov & Kathy Urban who held down the fort to the end and got the results posted quickly.

Start:  Sam Kolins, Michelle Frank, Rob Wilkison, Tim Walsh, Rob Frank, Ron Bortz and Dave Urban

Control removal/clean-up:  Ron Bortz, Fred Reed, Pat and Bob Burton, The Zimmer Family, Bob Gross, Dave Urban, Kim McCane, Ed Scott and especially kudos to Petr Hartman for bringing in the requested controls even if I drew them on the wrong place for him.

Reveiwing the courses it was good to see minimum DNFs and I was very surprised at the red course runners who have drawn their routes as of today on their selection between 6 & 7.  I guess you can just never get enough rocks on a course!!!

Also we want to thank long time DVOA member Merle Kohn for spending his "79th" birthday in the woods tackling the Brown course in style with Dan Porter.
