Washington Crossing 19th Annual NJ Scout/JROTC Championship is less than 2 weeks away.  Yikes!!  Cool

Everyone is truly welcome whenever you arrive -- we can always fit you in.  But it would be great if you are not helping out at the event (more on that in the next thread) if you can come by after noon, after the morning rush calms down.  (Course Start times will be extended however they are needed.)

Just to give you an idea, we have one JROTC team coming with 132 cadets and another group is coming from Buffalo, NY.  This may be a banner year for NJ championship Orienteering.

Please come out and help if you can......early, middle, or late....we'll have plenty of opportunities for you to help us deliver a great event.....

I could not find volunteer sign up on the event schedule - has it been moved or are no more volunteers needed?

Event directors and course setters have access to set it up, but I just put in the basics so they can get a head start on getting more help.  If you happen to sign up for something that is already covered I'm sure there are lots more jobs that will need to be done.

I am working with vehicle parking and bus drop offs. I will definately need another person for a couple of hours in the morning.

Speaking parking and vehicle control........does anyone know where there are some orange traffic cones and orange safety vests. I would be happy to pick those up from someone.
