Highlander and lowlander coming up

    Just a heads up......The Highlander and lowlander is being held in Harriman state park in a few weeks (18th ?) .

    Terrain is similiar to the West Point meets and distances are 26.2 M and 13.1 m (?) for the high and lowander respectively.

    trail runs built into each course 6.2 and 3.1 respectively.

    Highlanders have chance to earn shirt for completing course within alloted time.
