This event is a combination Scout event and club meet. Good 'ol pink cards, no e-punch.
There will be separate registration areas at the pavilion for Scouts and DVOA members -- look for the sign.
Club courses and Scout courses are different, so we start them simultaneously. Scout starts are continuous from 10:00 through about 11:15 (thinning at 11:00). If you'd like to avoid the Scout crowd at start, then plan your start time for 11:00 or later.
With Scout starts beginning at 10:00, there are a lot of people and a lots of (sometimes hectic) activity at around 10:00.
Pickup begins at 3:00 latest so as to be out of the park at closing.
While, not officially on the club schedule, I usually have a few extra maps for the Scout afternoon one-hour SCORE-O if anyone wants to try it. Availablility is limited by map overage.
