Come Help Us In Our Season Opener

Topic created by bobburg on Mon Mar 2, 2015 at 10:31 amYes it's raining ice, yes it's been the coldest February in history. All the more reason to get outside on the longest day so far this year -- won't even get dark until past 7pm (yes, daylight savings time arrives)! And as of now, the forecasts are promising a sunny day in the high 40's -- that's like 60 degrees in 2015 weather terms.

So please go to the volunteer page, and let Robert and I know that you can help out to make our season debut lots of fun for everyone. We have the base crew lined up, so what we need are people to take over roles for an hour or two before or after you do your course -- e.g. registration, greeting people at our remote Start, offering instruction to beginners, helping with pick-up, and generally being welcoming hosts to everyone who attends.
We promise a great day and great courses with everyone ecstatic to break out of their caves. See you in the woods. -
