Quail Hill and Wash Crossing Scout O meets coming Up!

PLease a reminder that Scout leaders must preregister ASAP for the Washingington Crossing SP (30 Oct) and Quail Hill Scout Camp (Nov 13th) DVOA/DVOA member meets (but Not DVOA or USOF club members, you can attend without registering... just show up).
In the case for Quail hill, Early registration (Limit of 200 Scouts) will be ending on 30 Oct and I may be adding a small late fee for late coming Scout units. As I already have 140 Scouts signed up so far, this year the (Parking lot governed) limit can be 'seen' as happening (as 3 units signed up and forgot to tell me how many are coming).
Or Scout leaders can contact me or see info at www.scoutorienteering.com if you want the leaders sign up information for Nov 13th in New Jersey. For DVOA members, I have just posted a Volunteer list for your consideration, I have Quail Hill/main needs for any/all ... E punch operators and trainers, and will have over 150 Scouts and the usual amount of HVO and DVOA attendees, so if you can help I and Doug Sevon the Quail Hill Course Setter (his CS debute at QH camp if I remember correctly) would appreciate any volunteerism for that saturday... event, contact Jerry Smith for his Oct 30/Trenton area O meet seperately as I expect he can use volunteers for Washington Crossing O meet also.
