There is Atlantic coastal plain type of forest with mainly oak-pine trees highly covered with bushes and undervegetation of various types. This time of the year runabillity is mostly good but may be reduced in some areas. There are almost no open land areas. Terrain is dry with sandy soil. Highly developed road and path network gives lots of options for routechoices.
Start and finish area is about 200 meters away from the parking field. Each course crosses minor roads with little traffic, but you should pay extra attention getting close and crossing.
There is map flip for Blue course.
(Discounted $7-$15) pre-registration closes 11:59pm Thursday before the event. (On-site registration will be available (until we run out of extra maps) - at day-of prices - $10 beginner, $20 other.)
