Event Kits

To make event directing run smoothly, DVOA owns several event kits, which rotate among event directors as necessary. Each kit contains all the equipment you need to run a local event including but not limited to flags, stands, signage, and timing equipment, along with instructions on how to use them, and how to report damaged or missing equipment. It the the responsibility of the event directors to contact the EDs of the events using their particular kit before and after to arrange transfer of materials. Thank you to everyone who contributes to putting on events and making this process run smoothly.
