Notes: Join us for the third winter series of Mailbox Madness, offering urban sprint orienteering training in Philadelphia (and environs). The Old City edition will begin in the late morning, with a start in the center of Washington Square Park. Mappy Hour to follow at National Mechanics Bar & Restaurant for those who are interested.
Events follow a Score-O format, with (mostly) mailboxes instead of control flags. Tag as many mailboxes as you can in 60 minutes—pace and route choice are up to you. Scoring is unofficial, on the honor system, though the map will be on the Usynligo app. Note that urban running involves risk. Please cross streets safely and carefully.
There will be a mass start at 11 am; arrive fifteen minutes early (10:45 am) to collect your map and plan your route.

- Day-of-registration is available, at $10 for beginners, and $20 for other courses.
All starts are from 10:00am until 1:00pm unless otherwise noted. Follow the text directions and look for Orienteering road signs as you near the park.
