ED/CS Notes:
Rutgers preserve is a pretty flat area with moderate trail network. For the most part, runners should expect good visibility while off trails but patches of denser woods are not uncommon. Recent hurricane Irene wrecked a bit of a havoc to the area, therefore, runners should not be surprised to see uprooted trees that my not be on the map. We did add fresh rootstocks in critical areas and don’t expect anyone to have major issues while out on the course. Come and have fun in fast-paced area with challenging set of courses.
HELP WANTED ! While Rutgers location is on the north border of our coverage and for some club members it is a bit farther than usual, we are asking for your help at thos event. Please use volunteers sign up page or simply click here.
Map scale for White/Yellow courses is 1:7,500 and for the rest of courses 1:10,000 with 3m countors.

- Day-of-registration is available, at $10 for beginners, and $20 for other courses.
All starts are from 10:00am until 1:00pm unless otherwise noted. Follow the text directions and look for Orienteering road signs as you near the park.
