The blueberry is just beginning to bud and the pinelands austere summer beauty is about to burst. So is all the course prep -- courses to challenge your inner fire-ditch calculators and lure you cross country, with a closing circuit around picturesque Pakim Pond and its surrounding marshes. And of course all the sandy moss-lined pine needle trails and Pakim\'s extreme climbs come free of charge. Bring your cameras for after your run and plan to picnic \"like it\'s 1999.\"
Start will be a nice level 850m walk to loosen you up, with Finish right at our pond-side staging area. Here are the almost-final course stats to whet your appetite:
