For Junior orienteers (age 20 and under as of Dec. 31st) who attend DVOA events, a generous sponsor has offered to provide you with your very own SportIdent (SI) electronic punch card, as we’d like to see you keep coming back for more challenges!
This offer applies to the first ten (10) juniors who qualify, as detailed below. Specifics:
- Offer is limited to DVOA members only (individually or as part of a DVOA family membership)
- Receive your own SI-card after attending two (2) scheduled DVOA event days
- Each day counts as one event, even if you do two (or more!) courses on a given day.
- After an additional three (3) events, five total, you have an option to trade your SI punch card for an SIAC card (SI-Air enabled, which allows for touchless punching).
- If you’re confident you’re going to get to 5 events and wish to use touchless punching, feel free to skip directly to this stage before requesting your free SI card.
- This offer starts with the Fall 2024 season beginning with Hickory Run so be sure to include events starting then in your count.
- To claim your SI card, please list your name, DVOA member family (if surname is different), and dates/locations of event attendance in an email to epunch@dvoa.org
- Offer may be extended beyond the first 10 juniors if funds are available; we’ll update this site when funds run out.
