2013 schedule

Topic created by edscott on Tue Oct 2, 2012 at 7:10 pmWith all the work involved with upcoming North Americans, it is probably the furthest things from most minds right now, but we need to begin the process of setting the 2013 schedule. Some spring dates have been set and some permissions are in place and others are pending. If anyone in the club has a desire to set courses or direct an event at a particular venue, or on a particular date in 2013; email me or post it here and I'll get it on the calendar and Mary can begin the permission process.

Reply by anniemac on Tue Oct 9, 2012 at 9:53 amEd, I'm definitely interested in more event directing; possibly in partnership with the course setters in my family if they have time and interest. But like you said, it's hard to think about anything besides NAOC right now (for them, anyway, since they're doing so much more than I am.) A Ridley Creek location would be great, since that's our closest park, and either March or December makes the most sense from a vegetative standpoint...right? In the coming weeks, let me see if I can rally the MacTroops, and if they can provide any input regarding fave locations and timing.
Of course I will help out at the 2012 Ridley event, too.
